Past Issues
April 17-20, 2024: Canadian Data via public/free sources is missing. Subscription users not affected.
November 2023: Due to changes regarding METAR/TAF loading at one of our data sources (US NOAA) it’s recommended to update to latest AeroWeather version (minimum 3.7.3 for iOS; 1.9.9 for Android) in the App Store. Users with subscriptions are not affected.
July 1st, 2022: 72h GFS Meteogram data was missing.
March 23-24, 2021: 24h LAMP data for US stations missing at source.
February 26, 2021: Some incorrect TAFs were imported resulting in invalid TAF data. Import was fixed and the database reset.
December 12, 2020: Due to an unforeseen change at the public datasource, some Android devices were no longer able to fetch new METAR/TAF data. Users with a subscription were not affected, as they use other, payed sources for the data. An updated version (1.8.2) has been posted on Dec 14th and is available from the PlayStore.
